Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Dreamz Carz services. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment

• A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining 50% must be paid before the completion of the event.
• All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable government taxes, which will be added during checkout.

Rental Duration
• The minimum rental duration is 3 hours. Rentals shorter than this duration will still be charged for 3 hours.
• Rentals are calculated on a daily basis. Late returns beyond the agreed period will result in additional charges.

Driven Service
• All vehicles are provided with a trained and professional driver to ensure customer safety and convenience.
• Self-drive options are not offered under any circumstances.

Security Deposit
• A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle selected.
• The deposit will be refunded in full if the vehicle is returned in the same condition, subject to inspection and deduction of any applicable charges such as damages or fines.

Nature of Responsibility

• Note: Any immoral activity, illegal weapons, items, or the use of drugs or any such activities during the trip will be the responsibility of the client. The client will be accountable for their actions to the law or legal authorities. “Dreamz Carz” will not be held responsible for such matters.

Vehicle Delivery and Late Charges

• Note: The full payment and original computerized National ID card are mandatory at the time of vehicle delivery. After the scheduled time, a charge of 500 PKR per hour will be applied.
• In case of vehicle breakdown, the billed vehicle may be replaced or canceled.
• In the event of cancellation, the full rental amount will be due.
• Carrying any flammable substance inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Please ensure the vehicle is thoroughly checked upon return. “Dreamz Carz” will not be liable for any damages afterward.
• In case of cancellation, the advance payment will not be refunded.

Cancellations and Modifications
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
• Modifications to existing bookings are subject to availability and may result in additional charges depending on the request.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes or legal matters arising from your use of our services shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
